A fellow Deviant kindly informed me of an art thief selling pendants imprinted with stolen artwork on Ebay.
My stolen art: www.ebay.com.au/itm/Disney-Tan…
Thief's shop: www.ebay.com.au/sch/courtneydi…
I recognize some other work there but I'm not sure who they belong to. If you know who they are then please do contact them. For once I give permission to spam this shop to hell. I don't tolerate art theft in any form (especially as that particular painting of mine took forever to complete!).
Anyway, I hope someone will be able to inform the other artists. Thanks for your time

I've tried to find the contact details for the current CEO but he doesn't seem to have released it...but he does have a twitter account as does the founder of eBay.
I've also included below the email to Disney's own licensing infringement department who you could point towards some of the Disney owned images courtneydisney is marketing in order to get them to instruct eBay to remove the account.
Pierre Morad Omidyar (eBay founder)
twitter account: twitter.com/pierre
Corporate email: email@example.com
John Donahoe II eBay (CEO):
One more reason to not buy things from ebay. :/
I dread the day when it happens to me.
I hope we can stop this person!
I jsut reported someone yesterday for selling stolen art on iphone cases.. they removed it luckily! They people are so mean and don't even care about other artists. They just want money. The nerve, though, too - was that they posted ON THE AD, that they had NO PERMISSION or rights to any of the pieces or art used and no licenses.... how guilty can you get?
I will write them and contact the other artists I know, too.
You can contact ebay directly on the auction with the "report a problem" but they won't do anything unless you ARE the ownder of the art, however, you can send a message to the seller themselves - that's what I did.
"Ask a question" option at the bottom of the page.
I told them something like "they are using copyrighted work by ___ artist without permission. Here is proof that you stole the work (Insert profile/da page/image page) and that I contacted the artist who should be filing with ebay for copyright fraud and theft of work as well" ... something like that works usually and tends to scare them enough before ACTUAL legal action has to be taken. etc.
